Volunteer Opportunities

We are always looking for volunteers to help us with our upcoming events! Volunteer roles include:
– Book keeping
– Staffing our book sales
– Event planning
– IT support
– Communications
– Fundraising
– Monthly meeting participation
– Book room organization
– Member recruitment
– Advertising & PR
– Social media
– Website support
– Grant writing

Donate Books and Materials

We accept books, CDs, DVDs, and games in good condition, year-round, unless otherwise specified. You can drop off any items for donation at the Library during normal business hours.

We do not accept:
– College prep workbooks, study guides or travel guides published prior to 2022
– Books in extremely poor condition
– Books or materials with pages missing, or lots of highlights, notes, or underlines
– Cassette tapes
– Records
– Household items or knickknacks
– Journals or notebooks

Attend a Meeting

Friends meetings are open to the public and active Friends members, held on the first Tuesday of every month at 7PM. Come join us to hear about our upcoming events, how we help support Library programs, and our volunteer opportunities.
